A true leader in the industry, she knows how to listen and works hard to find the perfect match for her clients. Superior Search & Staffing was born out of Lynne's desire to offer a higher level of service and value in staffing within the Dallas market, and her entire team reflects the standards of excellence she sets for herself. Superior Search & Staffing is focused on providing top quality employees on temp-to-perm and direct hire basis. She makes it her business to know her clients and their needs, and is not satisfied until they are. Lynne is a graduate of Texas Tech University.

Taylor began her career in the staffing industry 1991 and understands the need for accuracy when placing employees. Her lengthy referral list grows with every successfully placed candidate and satisfied client. Taylor has established lasting relationships with many clients and continues to build on strong loyalties from the market's most prestigious companies. Taylor believes that the key to successful placement is asking insightful questions of both clients and candidates, and truly listening to the answers. Taylor holds a B.S. degree from the University of Mississippi and is a co-founder of Superior Search & Staffing.

Cliff has been building and starting entrepreneurial growth companies for the past twenty years and brings a wealth of operations, sales, and marketing experience to Superior Search & Staffing. "What excites me most is seeing the development of great customers through the delivery of excellent service by our staff."

After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1978 with a B.S. in Marketing and Economics, Cliff began a ten-year career in the cosmetic industry. He later helped to develop several successful community banking commercial and retail loan products for a company based in Dallas before co-founding Superior Search & Staffing in 2003.

Cliff lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Lynne and two stepsons, John and Michael. As the only Fighting Texas Aggie in the family, he has his hands full with all of the Red Raiders both at home and at the office.

After Graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Communication, Shelly began her professional career in management and training within the retail industry. Having enjoyed succession planning and Human Resources, Shelly began recruiting in the Dallas area for a boutique executive search firm where she gained experience within the banking, financial, and real estate industries. Having staffed some of the most prestigious clients in the Metroplex she takes pride in getting to know the clients she represents and the candidates she places. Building relationships through service and quality is what she strives for with her clients. Her success is measured by accomplishing a lasting relationship between herself, her clients, and their future employees. Her dedication to building a lasting connection on all levels allows her to effectively match cultures throughout various industries.

My desire after graduation was to work in an environment where helping people was my main focus and that desire led me to love recruiting and staffing. The challenge and reward is to learn the personality of each client and then find employees that have the same values and goals and bring them together. With so much attention being paid to healthcare today, the Healthcare Division of Superior Search & Staffing will be at the forefront of the changes. With every position I staff, my dedication is to setting the highest standard of quality and customer service. Dallas has always been my home and after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Human Relations, I was excited to return home and staff for the Dallas job market.
