When is Pay Day? Friday
What is the pay schedule? Payroll is paid in arrears, which means that you are paid on Friday, for the hours you worked the previous week.
What are the options for receiving my payroll?
- Direct deposit into a personal bank account.
- Pick up a live paper check.
- Superior does not mail live checks.
- Employees are responsible for picking up all live checks.
- PrivaCash – an electronic bank account with a debit card.
- To initiate a PrivaCash card, you must come to the Superior office to pickup your card and sign for it.
- Superior will not mail a PrivaCash card or release them to a third party.
When will my check post to my account? Direct deposits will post on Friday by 5:00 pm
How do I qualify for overtime? Overtime is paid after working 40 hours in one week.
When are timesheets due? Every Monday by 12:00 PM (Noon). Timesheets received after 12:00 PM (Noon) on Monday may not be processed until the following pay period.
What is the work week schedule: Monday – Sunday
Where do I send my timesheet? Please fax your timesheet to our office at (972) 392-1745.
Do I need a separate timesheet if I work multiple jobs during the week? Yes, employees will need a new timesheet for each company which they are assigned. Employees are responsible for providing the timesheet to each employer and on-site supervisor.
Who needs to sign my timesheet? The on-site supervisor and the employee must sign the timesheet before it is faxed to our office.
