  1. Job Specification
    A senior Superior Search & Staffing recruiter will prepare a detailed job specifications document based on your requirements.
  2. Site visit to finalize job specifications
    Your Superior recruiter will come to your site to gain a deeper understanding of the work environment and develop a profile of the ideal candidate.
  3. Candidate recruitment & selection
    To provide you with the best candidates, we employ a wide variety of recruiting methods, including:
    • Searching our extensive candidate database that has been built over the years with satisfied employees
    • Soliciting referrals from candidate network
    • Direct recruiting
    • Job board and offline advertising
  4. Candidate evaluation
    To assure the best match between candidate and employer, we adhere to a strict screening process that includes:
    • Resume review and phone screen
    • Application
    • Skills testing
    • In-person interview
    • At least 3 professional reference checks
    • Additional screening as requested by the client
  5. Present finalists to client
    Only those select candidates who possess the skills, experience and personality to succeed in your work environment will be presented for your approval.
  6. Client review and selection
    Pending your selection, we schedule whatever follow-up with the candidate that may be required, including interviews at your facility or our offices.
  7. Negotiate final details and initial orientation
    Once you have selected the person you want to hire, your recruiter will manage any remaining details. For direct hire positions, this may include offer negotiation and scheduling start dates. For temporary assignments, this typically includes scheduling the start date, time, and providing initial orientation details to the candidate.
